How can I apply to the KRAHN Chemie Group?

Please apply exclusively via the online application form on our career website. This ensures that your application is processed quickly and completely. We recommend taking sufficient time to fill in your details carefully so that we can gain a comprehensive understanding of your qualifications and interests.

 

Which documents should my application include?

Ideally, your application should include the following documents:
  • a personal cover letter
  • a current CV
  • relevant school, training and employment references
Depending on the position, additional documents may be requested.
 

Can I apply for more than one position at the same time?

Yes, you are welcome to apply for multiple open positions, provided your profile matches the respective requirements.

 

What does the application process at KRAHN Chemie Group look like?

After receiving your application, we carefully review your documents. The application process usually consists of the following steps:

  1. Review of your application documents
  2. Initial digital interview
  3. One to two in-depth interviews – either digital or on site – with the future line manager, a representative from the People & Culture team and, if applicable, team members
  4. Final decision and feedback

 

How long does the application process take?

The application process usually takes up to four weeks. The exact duration may vary depending on the position, scheduling availability and individual circumstances.

 

When will I receive feedback on my application?

We review every application carefully and take the time to assess each candidate thoroughly. Therefore, it may take up to 14 days for us to get back to you. We will of course inform you as soon as there is an update and thank you for your patience.

 

Can I submit a speculative application to the KRAHN Chemie Group?

Yes, even if there is currently no suitable position advertised, we welcome speculative applications. Please also use our online application form for this purpose. We will be happy to check whether suitable opportunities exist now or may arise in the future.

 

Can I reapply if I have applied before?

Yes, you are welcome to reapply after approximately six months. Each application is reviewed individually to assess whether your experience, skills and competencies match the respective job profile.

 

Are interviews conducted digitally or on site?

The initial interview is usually conducted digitally. Further interviews may take place either digitally or in person at one of our locations, depending on the position.

 

Will travel expenses for the interview be reimbursed?

For interviews in Germany, we are happy to reimburse your travel expenses:

  • train travel (2nd class)
  • travel by car at a rate of €0.30 per kilometre

Please submit the relevant receipts and your bank details after the interview.
