To further strengthen our local team in Poland, we are currently looking for a
Technical Sales Manager Cleaning & Personal Care (m/f/d)based in Poznań, Poland.
 
Start date: July 2026

Your tasks

  • In this role, you will drive sales growth of cosmetic and cleaning raw materials across assigned markets
  • The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers while developing and managing existing accounts
  • Technical consulting and sales support are provided in close collaboration with suppliers
  • Focus on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs and engaging with clients and decision-makers
  • Customer meetings are planned and managed to effectively support sales activities
  • Development of new applications and products in collaboration with our in-house laboratory

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology or a related scientific field
  • Strong understanding of the cosmetics & cleaning industry and formulations
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English
  • Experience in delivering impactful and successful customer presentations
  • Strong strategic mindset with a solution-oriented and consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time and territory effectively
  • High willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally                  (valid driver’s license and passport required)
