What awaits you

  • You advise and support our customers in application-related matters and you are in close exchange with their development department.
  • You are responsible for the expansion of the business and acquire new customers.
  • Additionally you have sales and profit responsibility for your customers (including key accounts).
  • Strengthening the relationship with our existing customers is furthermore one of your responsibilities. 
  • Besides this you carry out market research, identify market trends and implement them successfully.
  • In addition, you inspire your customers and surprise them with your out of the box thinking.

    Geographical region: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia

What we expect

  • University degree and/or an apprenticeship studies related to industrial chemistry (ideally in: Coatings, Construction, Adhesives & Sealants, Plastics or Lubricants)
  • Work experience in an industrial sector and/or first experience in sales
  • Open-minded personality with hands-on mentality 
  • Structured and highly independent working method 
  • Very good knowledge of CRM and MS-Office, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Business fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel
