To strengthen our Heat Transfer Fluids department, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for sales and profits for your customers in the Nordic Countries. 
  • You will advise and support our suppliers and customers on product and sales issues.
  • In addition, you will constantly build up and maintain business relationships with our customers and their service organizations.
  • Your area of responsibility will also include providing technical support and advice to end customers and OEMs/plant manufacturers.
  • You will also identify the needs of our customers and work closely with our international teams.

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training or university degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemistry, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales
  • Experience in customer consulting, identifying specific customer requirements and market trends
  • Strong communication skills, high level of initiative, and a hands-on mindset
  • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
  • Business-fluent Swedish and English skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively, time flexibility, and a valid driver’s license
