What awaits you

  • You are responsible for the supply chain within your assigned area, from purchasing from the producer to invoicing the customer (order-to-cash).
  • You monitor call-off orders to ensure compliance with delivery dates and quantity requirements, and carry out the corresponding contract scheduling and documentation in SAP.
  • You also monitor delivery dates (both purchasing and sales side) and prepare and verify purchase and sales confirmations.
  • You assign transport and freight forwarding orders (including hazardous goods transport) and prepare the required documentation.
  • Together with your colleagues in Product Management, you coordinate warehouse stocking levels.
  • In addition, you review certificates of analysis and arrange their dispatch using digitally supported processes.

What we expect

  • Completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach to work
  • Hands-on mentality with a structured and inde-pendent working style
  • Experience with MS Office (especially Excel) as well as SAP or comparable ERP systems
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
