How can I apply to the KRAHN Group?

Please apply exclusively via the online application form on our careers website. This ensures that your application is received completely and processed quickly. Please take sufficient time to fill in your details carefully so that we can gain a comprehensive understanding of your qualifications and interests. Unfortunately, applications submitted by email or post cannot be considered.

 

What documents should my application include?

Ideally, your application should contain the following documents:

• A personal cover letter
• An up-to-date CV
• Relevant school, training, and employment certificates

Depending on the position, additional documents may be useful.

 

Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Yes, you are welcome to apply for multiple advertised positions, provided your profile matches the respective requirements.

 

What does the application process at KRAHN Group look like?

After receiving your application, we will carefully review your documents. The application process generally includes the following steps:

• Review of your application documents
• Initial digital interview 
• One or two in-depth interviews – digital or on-site – with the hiring manager, a member of the People & Culture team (optional), and potentially team members 
• Final decision and feedback

How long does the application process take?

The application process typically takes up to four weeks. The exact duration may vary depending on the position, scheduling availability, and individual circumstances.

 

When will I receive feedback on my application?

We review every application carefully and thoroughly. Therefore, it may take up to 14 days for you to receive initial feedback. Of course, we will keep you informed as soon as there are any updates and thank you for your patience.

 

Can I submit an unsolicited application to KRAHN Group?

Yes, even if there is no suitable position currently advertised, we welcome unsolicited applications. Please also use our online application form for this purpose. We will be happy to check whether suitable opportunities arise – now or at a later stage.

 

Can I reapply if I have already received a rejection?

Yes, you are welcome to apply again after approximately six months. We review each application individually and assess whether your experience, skills, and competencies match the respective job profile.

 

Are interviews conducted digitally or on-site?

The initial interview usually takes place digitally. Further interviews may be conducted either digitally or in person at one of our locations, depending on the position.

 

Will travel expenses for interviews be reimbursed?

For interviews in Germany, we are happy to reimburse your travel expenses:

• Train travel (2nd class)
• Travel by car at €0.30 per kilometer

Please submit the relevant receipts along with your bank details after the interview.
