SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST (M/F/D)
Fulltime 40 hours per week – Zaandam, The Netherlands

Would you like to work in an international environment where your efforts directly contribute to the success of a growing department? As a Sales Support Specialist at KRAHN Chemie Benelux, you will be the connecting factor between customers, suppliers and colleagues worldwide. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly – from customer contact to commercial promotions – making you indispensable to our Heat Transfer Fluids team.
What will you be doing?
- Working closely with the international Heat Transfer Fluids team within the KRAHN Group.
- Together with the Technical Sales Manager, you will draw up commercial plans and actions and implement them together.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations: You ensure that commercial opportunities are actually followed up on.
- Active acquisition via email and telephone: you approach both existing and new contacts, schedule appointments and convert commercial signals into concrete opportunities.
- Agenda & lead management for the Technical Sales Manager.
- Manage stock and make purchasing proposals in consultation with the team.
Who we are looking for?
- You have strong communication skills, know how to persuade customers and are not afraid to ask questions of customers and colleagues.
- You set priorities, are independent, work in a structured manner and have a great sense of responsibility.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Teams, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You can keep track of multiple ongoing projects at the same time.
