What awaits you

  • You check the call orders for compliance with deadlines and quantity specifications and carry out the corresponding contract allocation as well as the documentation in SAP. 
  • Simultaneously you monitor delivery dates (both from the purchase and sales side) and create/monitor purchase and sales confirmations. 
  • You place customer order in SAP system and coordinate it with warehouse and prepare the necessary documents. 
  • Together with your colleagues in Sales, you coordinate communication with customers. 
  • Provides administrative and operational support to the sales department, ensuring accurate order management and smooth internal coordination.

What we expect

  • An apprenticeship in the logistics field or comparable qualification 
  • Very high customer orientation and communication skills 
  • Proactive and adaptable individual, able to work flexibly and handle changing priorities with ease
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking and behaving 
  • Hands-on mentality and a structured way of working 
  • Experienced in using MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP or related ERP systems 
  • Very good knowledge of Italian and English
