What awaits you

  • You ensure a high standard of logistic service for customers by directly managing the orders and monitoring the correct delivery.
  • In addition you give assistance to our customers to fullfill their requirements.
  • You also manage the export process and provide all the documentation requirements.
  • Furthermore your tasks include the collaboration with external warehouses and the cooperation with logistics and purchase departments of suppliers of our KRAHN Group.

  • Quick comprehension as well as a high level of dedication and commitment
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Business fluent in Italian and English
  • First experience in backoffice, logistics as well as customer service within a chemical distributor will be appreciated
